Service Description

Your apartment will be visited seasonally twelve(12) times in a year in this package. It will be checked if the property is in proper condition exterior and interior. Doors, windows, curtain, drain pipes will be controlled. Leaks interiorly or externally will be checked. Each visit will take minimum 20 minutes check time. During the visit the property will be ventilated. After each visit, a detailed report email conducting the condition of the property will be sent to you in the same day for your review. **Payments of your all bills and taxes will be followed and paid by us with no charge. if there is enough money in your deposit account.
